Performance Contracting
PSI’s customized performance contracting service enables our partners to achieve energy saving goals without capital expenditures.
Under these utility contracts, PSI buys and owns the energy system equipment and is responsible for its operation and performance for the term of the contract.
Customers pay back the cost of equipment out of the PSI guaranteed energy savings that will be gained through a PSI designed energy system.
Energy Service Agreement
Energy savings are guaranteed in Energy Service Agreements that spell out the terms and conditions of a Performance Contract.
PSI currently has Performance Contracts that are guaranteeing over $15 million in utility savings every year in Energy Service Agreements.
