PSI Builds It
PSI oversees every step of the construction and implementation of a PSI designed energy system:
Project management
√ Checking and double-checking continuously to
ensure that design specifications are met precisely;
√ Managing the budget;
√ Overseeing engineering and technical services;
√ Providing expertise as needed.
Onsite Engineers
PSI engineers are onsite throughout the construction process to advise on installation and verify designs. Punch-lists of variances are developed and maintained to help guide accurate installation.
Check/Test/Start
After PSI engineers have confirmed that an energy system has been properly installed, PSI technical services professionals go to work verifying that all equipment is functioning properly. Equipment is systematically started and tested to ensure all components meet operational specifications. Following a Final Performance Control System Commissioning check to determine that the energy system is performing as designed, the system is activated and control is transferred to the owner.
On day one when the system is turned on, PSI’s partner is already in a cash positive position because PSI’s Green Machine Protocol has slashed utility costs.
PSI doesn’t go
away, however, once control of the energy system has been
transferred to our partner. Our technical service personnel
remain available 24/7 to answer any question or resolve any
problem.
